Yujia Cao

Yujia has an educational background in computer science and human-computer interaction. She worked for ten years as a specialist in both Human Centered Design and UX research. After joining Kiwi.com, she fully dedicated herself in UX research, which has always been a discipline closer to her heart. She currently manages the UXR team and oversees all UX research activities across all product domains.
